Jane Riter, M.S. , NCC, LMHC, LCPC Clinical Director

Jane has worked for 27 years providing therapy in both outpatient and residential facilities to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  Jane graduated from Western Illinois University with a master’s degree in counseling and has diligently maintained her licensure through the years by attending conferences and webinars to increase her knowledge and skills.  
Jane utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) when working with traumatized children and assists others who experience difficulties with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Marital Difficulties, Gender Identity, Parent/Child difficulties and PTSD.  Jane provides therapy in a comfortable and client centered atmosphere.

Attended Carl Sandberg Community College and the University of Illinois at Chicago for undergraduate degrees.
He also attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, Jane Addams School of Social Work for his Master’s Degree.
He has worked in human services most of his life, starting in a hospital as a housekeeper, orderly and activity therapist in the inpatient psychiatric unit.
Steven has worked as an Intensive In-Home Therapist for DHS, Waiver Case Manager, Case Management Supervisor and briefly for Vocational Rehabilitation.
Steven has worked with people of all ages, from infants to the elderly. He has experience with many mental health and disability issues, including intellectual disabilities, substance abuse, parent-child conflict and traumatic brain injury.

Tiffany Siefken, LMSW Therapist

Tiffany practices clinical social work and provides mental health assessments for the BHIS program at YHFS. She is also a CPI instructor and provides non-violent crisis intervention training for staff members for Christamore Family Treatment Center. She works full-time in her private practice as a therapist and is also a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management team for emergency responders. Tiffany enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and dog, spending time outside, reading, and writing, as well as teaching. Her clinical practice specialty is with adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. She utilizes a holistic and person-centered approach. She is EMDR and DBT trained and trained in nutrition for mental health. Her passion is helping people live their best life!
