Full and part time positions available. Schedule may include days, evenings, nights, and/or weekend hours based on the facility needs.
The shift supervisor will work under the direction of the Program Director, Assistant Director, and/or Program Coordinator. Will be responsible for assisting in staff supervision and adherence to the program policies, procedures, COA standards, licensure requirements, and treatment philosophy. Will frequently use discretion and independent judgement in carrying out the essential duties of this position in working with staff and clients.

- AA degree in social work, psychology, or a related behavioral science field + one-year full-time experience in a related field preferred OR
- High school diploma or GED plus 3 years’ equivalent full-time experience in the human services field.
- Prior experience working with at-risk juveniles a plus.
- Must be able to pass all agency background checks.
