¨    Role Modeling

¨    Family Functional Assessment

¨    Referrals to Community Resources

¨    Assessment of Family Strengths and Needs

¨    Advocating for Family Needs

¨    Crisis Intervention, as Needed

In-home assistance to families with children ages 6 - 17 who reside in
Des Moines, Henry, Lee and Louisa Counties who have no involvement
with the Department of Human Services or Juvenile Court Services.

¨    The family receive Brief Intensive Services for up to 6 months.

¨    There is no cost to the family for program participation.

REFERRALS ACCEPTED FROM:

¨    Law Enforcement

¨    School Personnel

¨    Community Service Agencies

¨    Direct Request by Family
