¨ Assessment of Family Strengths and Needs
¨ Advocating for Family Needs
¨ Crisis Intervention, as Needed
OFFERS:
In-home assistance to families with children ages 6 - 17 who reside in Des Moines, Henry, Lee and Louisa Counties who have no involvement with the Department of Human Services or Juvenile Court Services.
¨
The family receive Brief Intensive Services for up to 6 months.
¨
There is no cost to the family for program participation.
