Youth Monitoring / Outreach
  
Provides intensive guidance and monitoring of adolescents with the goal of maintaining client accountability and positive behavior.

  • Requires referral from Department of Human Services of Juvenile Court Office. 

  • Escort or transportation services to assure youths' school attendance and other educational support.
