Community Counseling

PROVIDING GUIDANCE FOR HOPE, GROWTH AND CHANGE.

We help people come to terms with stress and conflict in their family and daily lives...

work with children and adolescents who have been wounded by abuse...

resolve problems associated with grief and loss...

and help deal with life's unexpected events.

The list continues and so does the caring.

Counseling services are provided to Family, Individual, Couple, Adolescent and Child at our central office location.

  • Office hours are flexible.

  • Appointments within a week.

  • Play therapy for children.

  • Sliding fee scale is based on income/dependents.

Our staff are educated (master's level) in social work and mental health counseling as well as licensed in those areas.

Approaches to counseling and therapy vary according to the situation. For young children, play therapy and techniques and resources are utilized.

Often appointments can be scheduled within a week of your call. A sliding fee scale is offered, and an Employee Assistance Program is available for local businesses. We accept Title XIX and some insurances are accepted.

We are able to provide this service through the assistance of the Burlington/West Burlington Area United Way, Inc.
